THE CORPORATE INSOLVENCY AND RESTRUCTURING  JOURNAL [CIRJ]

The Editorial Board of the Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Journal [CIRJ], under the auspices of the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA), invites professionals, academics, regulators, professional associations, international bodies and the general public with an interest in corporate restructuring and insolvency practice to submit articles for publication in the 2^nd Edition of the CIRJ.

Submissions to the CIRJ are accepted on a rolling basis all year round. The deadline for submission for this volume is 30^th May 2024 and the expected publication is September 2024. Other submissions may include: practice insights, case notes or analysis, research, and book reviews on matters of restructuring, Insolvency and corporate governance. Submissions and commentaries on the Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Act, 2020 (Act 1015) are welcome.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

All papers should be in the English language (UK English) and submitted via insolvency.journal@garia.org.

Contributions should not exceed 3500 words.

Authors should include, their contact information, institutional affiliation (if applicable) and a brief biography of not more than 100 words.

The referencing style should conform to the fourth edition of the Oxford Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA).
