NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 1^st Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners, Ghana will be held on Wednesday, 3^rd December 2025 at 2:00PM in the afternoon at the Palms by Eagles Airport City, Formerly Holiday Inn and Online Microsoft Teams to transact the following business:

 AGENDA

1. To receive and approve the Annual Report of the President and Governing Council
2. To adopt the 2024 Audit Report
3. To reappoint the Auditors and authorize the Governing Council to fix remuneration
4. To elect the following Council Members pursuant to section 4 of Act 1117; President, the Vice President and three members of the Institute
5. To consider any other business

 

A member in good standing is entitled to attend and vote and may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a member. A proxy form is attached and, for it to be valid for the purpose of the Meeting, it must be completed and sent to info@cirip.org.

Nominations are open for members in good standing to submit their nominations to ec@cirip.org for the respective positions on the Council no later than 25th November 2025.  Details of forms attached
