George Fosu has over 25 years of professional working experience (Cohen Arnold & Co; Price Waterhouse Ghana; PwC South Africa; IBM South Africa; and Akanani Group South Africa). During that time, he has worked with multi-disciplinary teams on international engagements in multiple jurisdictions. 

He has critical experience in institutional reforms, governance, business transformation and restructuring in complex stakeholder environments. His cross industry experience includes: Electricity sector; Banking sector; Aviation sector; Rail and shipping sectors; Health sector; and Government and the not-for-profit sectors.

George has an MBA (Henley) and an MSc (Oxon). He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants; and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).
